Raffaelli Nautical Constructions was founded in 1965 by Renato Raffaelli, a sea enthusiast who began his career at the Fratelli Rondolini Shipyard in Pesaro, where he learned the art of caulking. After co-founding the Mochi Craft shipyard, he established Raffaelli, naming the first unit of nine metres and seventy “Compass Rose”. With over 1200 units produced, more than a thousand of which are still in operation, Raffaelli has maintained a strong connection to the sea, as Renato emphasized: “respect it and it will respect you”. In 1990, his son Giampiero joined the company, bringing innovations and technology. Between 2000 and 2009, Raffaelli transformed into a Spa, with a significant increase in revenue due to a focus on mega yachts and the use of advanced technology. In 2012, the brand was renewed to highlight Italian craftsmanship: Raffaelli Italian Yacht.
